key-delivery.ch is a modern B2B/B2C platform for a key delivery service, combining a marketing website with a digital service platform that supports the operational workflow of the business. The goal of the project was to create a visually engaging website that also guides users intuitively through the entire service process.

The website was built on WordPress CMS with a custom-developed theme, focusing strongly on usability, performance, and conversion optimization. Carefully implemented motion and micro-interaction effects create a dynamic and high-quality user experience.

Key frontend features include:

• Eye-catching motion effects and scroll-based animations
• Custom-designed pop-ups for key loss reports and quote requests
• Conversion-oriented user flows with clear call-to-action structures
• Fully responsive design optimized for all devices

In addition to the frontend website, we also developed a custom web application that powers the operational processes of the key delivery service. The application enables the digital processing and automation of the entire service workflow, from customer requests to order management and internal service handling.

As with all Websitemaster projects, the platform was implemented with a strong security and performance architecture, including protection mechanisms against brute-force attacks, security hardening, and additional measures to safeguard the system.

The result is a modern digital service platform that efficiently combines design, usability, and automated business processes.
