For Frieda GmbH, operator of the well-known Zurich club Frieda’s Büxe, Websitemaster developed friedasbuexe.ch — a minimalist yet technically versatile club platform that combines events, music, merchandising, and digital broadcasting in one ecosystem.
The website follows a deliberately clean and minimal design approach, placing strong emphasis on content, events, and the club’s unique brand identity. Despite its minimal visual style, the platform features a wide range of powerful functionalities behind the scenes.
A key component of the website is the integrated merchandising shop, equipped with comprehensive e-commerce features that enable direct product sales through the platform.
For managing events and music releases, custom post types were implemented. These allow structured content management within the backend while dynamically displaying the data on the frontend. This ensures efficient maintenance and attractive presentation of event listings and releases.
One of the standout features of the platform is the integrated web radio, extending the club’s digital presence into the world of online broadcasting. For this purpose, a professional radio streaming server based on open-source software was installed and configured. The system includes a dedicated backend with advanced features such as:
